this was genuinely the worst customer service I ever had. I’ve ordered from you guys before. Had a wonderful experience ordered again, once I emailed a third time about how I was just not receiving my shipment and I just felt like I should get a refund at this time I stopped getting emails back and I felt like that was just really disrespectful considering I emailed twice before to ask about my delivery both times said it would get there with an 8 to 10 days and it took about a month and a half to get my package. I love the items, but the customer service is really lacking unfortunately. It’s also funny to me that this is a Christian base company who did not want to adhere to a good customer service. I thought it was a little strange.
