RETURNS/EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
All sales are Final Sale and we currently do not have the capacity/accept returns or exchanges.
We understand that this can be frustrating. In the future we hope to be a place where we can do this, but with our small staff & low prices, it's impossible for us to facilitate returns/exchanges.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@jesuslovesyou.company with information about your order & include order number so we can help out!
MAKING CHANGES TO ORDERS
With our new Self-Service Portal, you are have 1 HOUR from the time you place your order to make edits! Please know that AFTER 1 HOUR, our team is not able to edit order details.
This includes changing your shipping address, size, product choice, & adding to your order. You cannot use the Order Editing Portal to cancel your order or completely remove items, but you can change them. There's a link in your order confirmation email with a link to do this, but we'll also link it here. Edit Your Order Here!
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
After your order leaves our facility, it’s fully in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon, etc). We don’t get to choose which one delivers your package — the system automatically assigns whichever carrier can get it to you fastest!
We totally understand how frustrating it is when tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find your package anywhere. Sometimes it’s a case of early scanning, a delivery to a neighbor, or a package being tucked somewhere unexpected. (Maybe one day we’ll have our own Jesus Loves You Postal Service 😅 — until then, we’re stuck with the same mystery updates as you!)
If this happens:
- Double-check your address and look around your property (mailbox, porch, etc.).
- Ask neighbors or roommates if they might’ve picked it up.

Contact your local post office or the carrier directly with your tracking number for more details.
If you purchased Rapid Order Replacement (our optional $4 shipping protection), you’re fully covered. Just reach out to us at support@jesuslovesyou.company, and we’ll refund or replace your order ASAP — including shipping costs.
If you did not purchase Rapid Order Replacement, we’ll help you as best we can, but please know we can’t refund or replace packages that are marked “Delivered.” Carriers unfortunately don’t reimburse us for these situations, and we have no way to file claims for packages marked “Delivered” or “Return to Sender.”
Important: Many customers use the Shop app to track their order, but we’ve found it often gives inaccurate or delayed updates. For the most reliable info, always refer to the original tracking email we sent you and use the direct tracking number link.
Shipping Address Issues / Lost or Returned Packages
Jesus Loves You WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any shipping discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
We want every order to find its way home safely — but once it’s handed to the carrier, it’s out of our hands (literally!). Here’s what you need to know:

Customer responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once it’s been packaged, we can’t make edits or reroute it.

If your package gets stuck “In Transit”: Sometimes tracking freezes for a while. If it’s been 15 days with no updates, we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims cannot be filed for orders that show as 'delivered' or 'returned'.

If your package is marked “Return to Sender”: We’ll wait for it to make it back to our warehouse. Once it arrives, you can choose either a refund for the merchandise (shipping fees are non-refundable) or a reshipment — in which case we’ll send you an invoice for a new shipping label. (If you have 'Rapid Order Replacement' - we can reship or refund you without having to wait for the package to make it back to us! You’re 100% covered right away!)

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

With Rapid Order Replacement: You’re 100% covered — we’ll take care of it right away. Just let us know if you want a full refund or replacement!

Without Rapid Order Replacement: We’ll still file a claim for you, but carriers only reimburse the merchandise value (not shipping). Once we’re reimbursed, we can reship your items, but you’ll need to cover the new shipping label.

Important note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, even if a package is lost, delayed, or returned due to carrier or address issues. We wish we could control what happens in transit, but those decisions are made entirely by the carriers.
We promise we’ll always do our best to help you get your order — but if you want true peace of mind, Rapid Order Replacement is your best friend. ❤️
What is Rapid Order Replacement?
Rapid Order Replacement is our version of shipping protection. It covers your order if something goes wrong during shipping — like if your package gets lost, damaged, or says “delivered” but never shows up.
If you add Rapid Order Replacement at checkout, we can refund or replace your full order (including shipping).
Without it, shipping fees are non-refundable once an order ships, no matter what happens in transit. The only thing we might be able to refund is the product cost — and that’s only if we file a claim with the carrier and it’s approved.
We can’t add Rapid Order Replacement to every order automatically, so you’ll need to toggle it on at checkout. We highly recommend it so you never have to worry if something happens in transit!
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at support@jesuslovesyou.company to notify us of the mix up… please include your order number, name and emailed used on the order. Make sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will make sure you receive the high quality product that you can expect every time from Jesus Loves You!
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped within 8-10 business days. (Occasionally varies on holidays)
For International shipping please allow 8-21 business days.
Orders containing 'PRE-ORDER' items will go out 2-4 weeks from the order date, sooner if we can!
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
Different Shades Of Garments
As you have realized, there are a lot of national shortages going on. A big one is blank garments. So in order to continue to offer you incredible products, sometimes we may have to order a different garment than normal & every manufacturer has SMALL color differences, but every color will be close to the original if not exact.
