I had a horrible experience with this company. If I could give zero stars I would. $60 worth of merchandise (including shipping) was reported via the tracking number to be returned to sender mid shipment. The address was correct as provided for shipping, but in inexplicitly the package was returned to sender. When I reached out to the company requesting a refund, I was told I would receive a refund for the merchandise only if it was successfully returned to them via their inferior shipping vendor and in no case I would not receive my $13 in shipping. After much polite back-and-forth, the company continued to refuse my refund. Unfortunately, I was forced to send a demand letter, citing state and federal consumer protection laws requiring the full refund of the merchandise cost and shipping, alerting the company that their internal practices violated the consumer protection laws. I’ve yet to receive a response and don’t expect to. I would not recommend working with this company. I also disputed the charge via my credit card and will likely have success here given the clear violation of consumer protection laws for the non-delivery of purchase merchandise. It is very unfortunate that this company is marketed as Christian and treats its customers so poorly.
