I always buy all my clothes from Jesus loves you.I ordered the camo sweatshirt for a birthday gift when I received it there was a mark on it I wrote the company and said I purchase the insurance for 3.99 I was told that was the imprinting and it’s normal. I have purchase the pants and t shirt and didn’t have this problem . This was a gift all I wanted to do was exchange it but I was told by Sutton that it’s not exchangeable . When I ask to forward my email to Sidney I never received a response back. Remind you I’m a loyal customer and also bought the insurance that says if damage lost or stolen . I’m highly upset but this company lost a good customer after all the money I spent over the years then wanna disregard my concern and never reply after I ask to speak to Sidney . I spent 61 dollars total on this item.BUYERS BEWARE INSURANCE IS ONLY FOR SHIPPING NOT FOR ITEM RECEIVED DAMAGED.
