I have contacted this company through their support email 5 times in the past 14 days and have only gotten one email back. I never received my order (granted i put in the wrong address) but it was never delivered and was instead sent back to them (that’s when i received the one and only email requesting I correct the address, which I did) been many days since then and i’m yet to get a response. I love they’re purpose which is spreading the Will and completely understand and take responsibility for my error, but I do believe it’s been more than sufficient time for them to get back to me with a refund (or not) or just resending my order to the correct address (which I provided via email upon their request). Customer support could not be any worse truthfully and i’ve come to the conclusion that I will not be receiving my order so I can’t give a review of the products I had purchased. Customer support gets 0 stars. God bless
