I ordered two sweatshirts and a T-shirt as Christmas gifts unfortunately they were lost in the mail. The shipping provider was the problem not Jesus Loves You. I reached out to the company and let them know I still hadn’t received my product, I received an email back very quickly. The customer service representative stayed on top of it and had my products re-shipped free of cost to me. My son and I love the sweatshirt and the T-shirt.
