I shared an order with friends to ship to Saskatchewan, Canada. I started the order thinking we would have free shipping because the website was saying that as I put things in my cart. But unfortunately once at the check out we found out this wasn’t the case, and the shipping kept increasing substantially (jumping by $25) as we added items. We decided to still go for it - sharing the $68 shipping cost, but it was shipped via ground with a company that did not cover customs costs and I ended up paying another $70 in customs duties to receive my package.

In the end, while we do like the hoodies and shirts that arrived - the $140 in shipping wasn’t worth it. I wish the website had more details on international shipping so that I could have made an educated choice. Instead, the lack of information just left me feeling duped and my bank account drained.
