Ordered the wrong size item and attempted to change size within 10 minutes of order. The correct size was not available. The only way to cancel the item was to contact the support team. I did this within 30 minutes of placing my order, explaining the issue. I received an email saying someone would reach out to me to resolve my issue. This never happened. : (
